How to partition the following to have a structured mesh?

The following are the two cuboids, one is inside another (inside is the hole). But I can not make them a structured mesh, Can anyone please help, will be grateful to you. I mean I think if we can create a partitioned corner to corner then I think we can make a structured mesh, but unfortunately, I can not do it. What do you think, let me know please?
