how to optimize the injection moulding process by coupling MATLAB with Moldex or Moldflow

Hello,

I have developed a programming code and would like to couple MATLAB with Moldex or Moldflow, for optimizing the injection moulding process
Can anyone tell me how to do it, or send links to online documents that explain how to do so.
