How to omit "add param" menu when creating new drawings

Hello ProE Gurus

We use proe2001, we have some standard drawing formats. In format tables we have "&text" values. When one needs to create a new drawing by using these formats "message input window" is opened automatically and asks for text value.
However for a while when I create a new drawing "add param" menu appears before "message input window". After I select the type of the input "message input window" appears and asks for the input. As I said I didnt have such a probllem about 3 months ago and my colleagues dont have such a problem -we use the same config.pro-. Besides I dont have the problem with some other formats (I found and download some formats from intranet; they have similar tables). When I use these new formats "message input window" opens automatically.
I searched web sites, forums etc. I couldnt find anything. Have you ever experienced such a problem? Do you have any suggestion?
Besides I saw many useful parameters for automatically populated title blocks. Is there any other useful parameters? Does anyone have such a list for these parameters? I would be grateful if you send?

I posted a list of these parameters a while back which you can search for using the google search of Eng-Tips on the top right of this page. In terms of the non default &text params these should be set in the Part file used for the drawing. The Enter text will create drawing parameters &text:d which will not be linked to the part.

You can add these params from the Relations Window.
Param1 = "PARAM VALUE"

and those should auto fill when the drawing is created.
