How to obtain Vp (P wave velocity) for acceleration ground motions from PEER Database?

I am looking for P-wave velocity (Vp) of all the recording sites of PEER NGA West 2 Database. Flatfile of the database only mentions Vs30 and not Vp. There is a relation between Vs, Vp and Poisson ratio. However, Poisson ratio of the recording site is not available.

Is there any way to get the p-wave velocity of the recording sites of PEER NGA West 2 Database ?
