How to obtain technical report in AFFDL

Hello, Can someone please inform me on how to obtain a copy of the following technical report: AFFDL-TR-65-57 "Gaussian Approximations to the Distribution of Sample Coherence", by L.D. Enochson and N.R. Goodman?

It is correct that AFFDL stands for Air Force Flight Dynamics Laboratory but it doesn’t necessarily mean that all AFFDL papers-bulletins are of a technical nature. This particular one sounds like statistical processing of something called “Coherence Sample” which to me as a "dumb" mechanical engineer means very little. Well, you could search NASA site, maybe something can be found there.
