If you were a wastewater treatment engineer, how would you get ahold of a zeeweed fiber reinforced hollow fiber lab module for bench testing?

I posted a longer post about this before, but some sort of system error occurred and it didn't appear (checked "my threads etc.")

I dont' want to write ou the details again, but I'm building a membrane bioreactor and can't find out how to buy or obtain a small membrane module ( 800 cm2 total).

I emailed GE already last friday and they never answered, I guess I'll contact the others then, too. Easy way to lose business, GE.

Have you thought about picking up the phone and calling? GE's customer service number is right there on the web site.

A 5 minute telephone call saves writing a lot of emails!!!!

If that's the way it's done in the water treatment world, thanks for the tip then, will try tomorrow. Hardly even occurred to me, to be honest.

The way it works is the squeaky wheel gets the grease.

You may be able to befriend one of the plant managers at a local municipal treatment facility already using these filters.

I thought Infilco Degremenont purchased the company that made the ZeeWeed filters....guess not.

Anyways, talking to a local sales rep can also help. If you can trade advertising for the filter, you might have a deal.
