How to numerically determine the effects of cut threads 2

In posting 725-88946 (Rolled Threads and Fatigue) there was a discussion of cut and rolled threads.

We all know that rolled threads are better, but where would one find references to numerically calculate the differences in life between rolled and cut threads ?
