Hi all, can the assy coord sys be moved? If yes, how?
thanking you all

Are you wanting to move the default (first CSO) or make another one in a different location?

If it is the first case:
You cannot.

If it is the second case, then you can make a new coordinate system using any of the available options.

thanx, this is unfortunately the first case :-(

Well... you could perhaps just move the location of the assembled objects such that the CSO is where you would like it.... Daniel Pro/E Specialist

How about rotate the CSO?

If you redefined the assembly parameters of the first part assembled you should be able to reorient the whole assembly in relastion to the ACSO. This will include both rotation and translation. The best way to do this is probably through aligning and mating datums in the part to the assembly. The program uses the CSO of any part or assembly as it's fixed point of reference, therefore you move the parts around it.
