How to modify initial state in an S-Function m-script??

Hy there,

I got a problem, a need to find a way to modify at runtime the initial value of x0, so during the simulation the upper integral limit to chenge x0=f(u). How can I do this?? I need it to simulate the effect of an concentration on reaction speed...
