How to merge view from other drawings?

Hi,

Can I merge view from other drawings and that view still link to part?

I use I-DEAS10 on XP.

Views that reference the model cannot be merged. You'd have to break the reference by duplicating the entities or creating a symbol but then those new entities would not be linked to the 3D part.
