Hi,

How Can I merge several closed surfaces
into one solid body?

e.g. say I create a cube out of 6 adjacent
surfaces. How can I turn it into a 3D solid body?

What I am doing now is to export
the surfaces as IGS and them import then back to solid.

During the import process they are
being merged into one solid body.

Is there a better way?

Trim if necessary then knit surfaces andselect the 'try to form solid' option to create a solid body.
