How to make Silicone part surface less sticky?

I'm working on parts made of silicone using fast cure molding. The part surface is sticky and minimizes the functional of the part. Is there any way to treat the surface to make it less sticky ?

I think the problem may be exposure to air before the cure is complete. Cover exposed surfaces with polyrthylene film. If that fails, contact the resin supplier.
