how to make my own e-books?

Does anyone know haw to generate my own e-book?
I know an e-book consit of HBK file and subfolder with images, MCD files etc.

Is there something beyond the Author's Reference in the Help menu that you're looking for?

Your help menu has an entry called "Author's Reference", which is where e-books are explained.
