How to make Load All in drafting preferences load setting in seed part

Hi All,

NX8.5

We use seed part and create the drawings.. We have site wide Annotation preference settings..

Now if we click on Load all, it loads the OOTB preference settings.. How do I make it to load the site preferences when I click on Load All..

Please guide ..
