Presently, whenever a model have thread, i am making a model with detail thread for visualization purpose and another model with symbolic thread for drafting purpose (OR) making both the threads & suppressing the detail thread while drafting.

Is there any method, by which detail thread in 3d model & symbolic thread in drafting can be shown, in the same model, at a time?

While it's possible to have both a Symbolic and Detailed thread features on the same face of a model, say the Male Thread of a cap screw, you're correct in assuming that you'll need to at least suppress the Detailed thread when creating a Drawing if you don't want to see the detailed threads in the drawing view.

There are much more threads in my model. It is very tedious to find all the thread & suppress it everytime. Is there any way to group all these external threads and suppress by single click?! is there any way to do this by expression?

If you want to set an common suppression expression for all detailed threads,
select one of the "threads" ( not the "symbolic threads") in the part navigator, RMB - Filter - remove all other types.
Then
Edit - Feature - Suppress by expression - Create Shared , select in the part navigator the features - Apply ( use apply instead of OK beacuse :)
press the "Show expressions" to see the new expression name.

When done, RMB in the whitespace of the partnavigator Filter- "Un-tick" the "Apply Filter".

yes
you can group several features together using feature group
and then you can turn that feature group on and off using feature suppress by expression
