How to make a revolved cut at an angle?

Hi,
I am looking to recreate the pattern on this handle but I am having difficulty with the angled cuts. For the straight cut, I was able to recreate with a revolved cut and then an extruded cut to shear off the remaining material. I then added a filet to the outer edge.

Any advice on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.
