Quick answer: NO.
Longer answer: Probably not.
Your motor is wound with four poles per phase. For double speed it must be wound with 2 poles per phase.
Yes there motors wound so that they may be connected for either a 2 pole or a four pole connection, but if the motor was not designed and built as a two speed motor, it is unlikely that the winding spacing and spans will be suitable for 2 ole operation.
There is the additional challenge of locating the internal jumpers between the coil groups that must be cut and extended out.
But, all is not lost.
Buy a Variable Frequency Drive and run it at 100 Hz.
