How to import HecRas schematic basin back into MicroStation 2004

I used MicroStation 2004 to generate cross section data into HecRas. In HecRas I modified some of the cross section stations. Now I would like to export the schematic from HecRas and import it into MicroStation 2004. I've searched MicroStation help and HecRas help and also Googled it but cannot find a way of doing it. HecRas help insinuates it can be done but doesn't give much information on how to do it.

RHOeng - I have not been able to find a way to import anything from RAS into MS through IN-ROADS. The way I have incorporated the water surface back into MS is by creating an vertical profile using the Stations of the XSECs and water surface profile generated from RAS; this is done manually.

Then I get into 3d file and write the profile.

Using the 3d comands I generate a sloped surface (zero Slope) and project the written profile to intercept the ground surface.

This is the only way I have been able to do this. Maybe someone else can shed some light on to this issue.

Civil 3D 2011 has a direct import utility... MicroStation 2004 has nada, but then it is seven year old software. You could do gbam's method with Geopak too.
