How to import Database ?

Hi !

I have a model in SAP2000 V.14. Today when tryed to open the file I received the following error :

Database data ( InDBFormat)
is not correctly initialized.
Try importing the file.
Somebody had the same problem before and know how to solved?, otherwise I will lost my file.
If you can help, thanks in advance.

I discovered how to recover my file.
The secret is to open a new file, and from there go to file --> import--> SAP2000.s2k file
