How to generate two point clouds in 3-D scanning

In order to get complete 3-D shape scanned, after one 180 degrees rotation, part has to be leaned one or other side (~30-60 degrees), so the scanner can get very top and very bottom images of the part.
Queston is how to generate two recieved point-couds in to one, and get complete image of the scanned part?
