The tolerance values are coming at the right side of dimension value & the font height is same that of dimension value.

I want to keep the tolerance value, at the top left corner, like a superscript, with reduced font height.

At present I am doing this by separately making the tolerance values as "Note" & keeping at the top right corner of dimensional value.

Is there any method, to format this tolerance style (alignment & font height)?

In the annotation preferences, you can set the tolerance text style independently of the dimension or general text styles.

I am able to change the font size & spacing, but not able to align to the top right corner of dimension value!

That alignment option may not be possible in current versions of NX. You can contact GTAC and open an enhancement request (ER) for it to be added to a future version. If you can cite an existing drafting standard that requires (or encourages) that formatting, the request will have much more weight.
