Is there anyway that we can find the weight of a body(some rod)while we design it in ALGOR with some standard dimensions and give some properties of the material whihc we use ?

I know a quick and dirty thing that I have done within ANSYS if I wanted to know what the weight of something.

Assign a density to your part and do a quick static analysis with one G factor applied. (remove all other loading). After solving, look at your reactions.

I have an older version of Algor, but there is a weight and CG calculator in the TOOLS pull down menu that I use.

Your best bet is just to call ALGOR and ask them how to do it for the version of the program you are using. 1.800.48ALGOR (1.800.482.5467)

You can also most likely get the info by asking the experts via their web page:
You should also be able to find the information in DocuTech.

I hope this helps...
