how to find contour integral (J-integral) for a 2D problem

Hi,

I am new to ABAQUS. I am trying to find value of J-integral from the ABAQUS for a 2D problem. The user's manual only shows the keyword that is used for output. Does anyone knows the process how to get J-integral by using ABAQUS/CAE? Thanks.
