How to find centrifugal force

I wanna ask how to find centfigal force.IfThe assemly, frame with rotating shaft in center of the frame. The shaft on the lower and upper ends constrain with counter weight and I use servo motor to rotate the shaft. How to show the all force include the centfigal force because of shaft rotation.
