I am getting a error of "Invalid Face" that gives me the verbiage when updating object of type centerline in part(Name)
The part is basically an extruded plate with a lot of holes. I don't see anything wrong, sketch is green.
Is there a way to search out the offending centerline in the sketch/Model?

There is a very similar reference on GTAC. (PR-05970459) All it says is: For PR Data location please see the Coordinator Notepad I see no other information that would be of help. I search the PR number and get nothing but the same description of the problem.

Right click the sketch and select extrude. If there is a problem with the sketch, UG will highlight it when selected this way.
