hi

a big thanks to solve my query.. i was able to create surface from the curves :) now what i see is..as i am tryin to model compressor impeller.. i approximated the base of the impeller and then took measurements of blade profile on CMM machine. when i created blade surface i see that there is GAP between base surface and impeller blade ? anyone suggest me how can i match base surface with the blade profile?

Try creating an extend surface...

jay

create a datum plane past the intersection of the base surface and impeller blade (so that impeller blade would be inside the base surface. then use [SURFACE] [EXTEND] [ALONG DIRECTION] & [UP TO PLANE] select your new plane. Now do a surface merge between the blade and base surface.
