How to estimate the area of a delta wing

Hi ya,
Can any one help with any formula ( if there is one) with which the estimation of a delta wing area can be calculated. The only parameter known is aircraft weight.

if you knew the wing loading (W/S) it'd be simple.

there may be typical values of wing loading, depending on the operation of the airplane (fighter, bomber, transport)
 
I'd look at the wing areas, weights, and the cruise and landing speeds for existing deltas close to the type of aircraft you are interested in. There's the Dyke Delta, a recip powered homebuilt, and there's the Concorde. In between there is the XF-92 and some Brit research jets from the 50's and early 60's. Of course, there is Master Rutan's Vari Viggen. Good Luck! let me know what you are doing.
