Can any one give me any idea (or resource to study ) how can i draw the time vs current curve for this relay ?

You need the curves or equations from the manufacturer. Or access to a commercial software program that already has the digitized curves. There's no way to develop the curve with the data you have.

Well.... that's not strictly true because both the IEC and IEEE curves are defined by equations, so you can plot them yourself if you feel like a bit of work in Excel...

The equation you're need for your specific example is the IEC Standard Inverse curve.

Just FYI, they are graphed with logged scales. They are going to look goofy if you using linear scaling.

If you can't explain it to a six year old, you don't understand it yourself.
