How to design Davit arm in PVElite or Autopipe-Vessel?

Hi experts,
I have a query, can we apply desirable forces in Autopipe- Vessel or in PVElite, I need to make a connection for davit arm at shell and input my calculated forces at that point, any idea how can I make it possible?
