i have a project where i have design the
1.shoring system as secant piles
2. due to surrounding restriction i cannot drill anchors for support
3. we are expecting the excavation will stop at -4m for 2 years because the neighbor site after drilling 4 m they found some old remains(monuments) and the project has been stoped ( the entisipated time is 2 years)
4. the shoring will be for only 3 sides where the side of the neighbor where they found some old remains already has a wall of drilled piles.

please give me some advice on how to design the concrete beam for the bracing system.

my site dimentions are 20.5m by 22.5m

Cant you make this height work for a cantilevered system?

Other options inclde Internal diagonal braces (footing in excavation) or cross lot bracing (horizontal steel tubes as braces).

If there is no surrounding building which is sensitive to settlement, you can adopt cantilever secant piles.
Otherwise, I suggest to use rakers with top end at -1m.

As irawanfirmansyah says rakers and also knee braces at the corners.
