How to create HD3D Tag Body (NXOpen)

Hi

When we run checkmate we have list of checks and error/warning/information list. For each error there is error balloon associated to feature.

Similarly, I have solid body in part. How can we add HD3D (Ballooning -Icon and Information) to it using NXOpne api's.
