Hi Guys,
sorry if this is to easy but I have a brain blank! I would like to create a solid by joining together two circles of differing diameters, each on a separate plane but parallel plane and each having the same center point - sort of like extruding the two together - can't for the life of me think how to do it...

cheers,
James

I could of course do a revolve but am still wondering if it is possible to do it the way I described...!

many thanks,
James

The absolute easiest would be to go to...

Insert -> Design Feature -> Cone...

...and use the 'Two Coaxial Arcs' method.

SOrry James, I'm NX7.5 but if you go to Insert --> Mesh Surface --> Trhough Curves you will ge the result you require. Just make sure the arrows both point the same way and start at the same point otherwise it will twist.

Best regards

Hi Guys,
many thanks for the replies. That is exactly what I needed! - and sorry for the late reply, I was dragged away onto another job and away from my computer (maybe I should think myself lucky, lol..)

cheers,
James
