How to crate plastic part

Hello

i have one problem

i crate one plastic part

Now i would like to close (it like a stopper) in assemby.

but in part i would like to si it open

how i do that!

( i alredy try whit toroidial bend but whit now success)

You need a SPINAL BEND

used to close this clamshell plastic part.

create a curve with a small radius between two lines at 90 deg. angle. Then do a spinal bend and bend the part. then change the angle to a small number.
