Anyone knows here, what equation to use for converting natural gas dew point into ppmv

Hi,
Are you a chemical engineer? Get a copy of GPSA engineering data book .
More details better answer.
Note: ppm volume=ppm mol

ppmv of what? Is this natural gas water dewpoint or hydrocarbon dewpoint?

Replying to georgeverghese, it is natural gas water dew point.

There may be some equation, but I dont know if it. The graphical approach is :
a) See GPSA chapter on gas dehydration for the water content of natural gas at any P and T
b) Convert the water content (which would be in kg/mmsm3(SI units) or lb/mmscf) to ppmv

If your gas has high CO2 (> 5% v/v) or high H2S, there are are some correction factors which are also illustrated in the GPSA.

George, thanks alot. Your input is greatly appreciated. it helped. Have a great day.
