How to continue an analysis in ANSYS

Hi guys,

I have a question in Ansys.
I should do a FEM model with ansys that two different loading will be applied. First of all I should apply an axial load (effect of the self-weight), then a lateral displacement should be applied on the deformed structure. I wonder if someone give me some hints about this problem, how I should do loading and analysis?
