I have received A surfaces and now I have to check it . how do I check tangency, curvature and draft analysis in nx9. And what does value of particular comb represent in units.

Most of what you need can be found in the Analysis -> Face shape group (or Analysis -> more -> face shape). For draft, I like to use the Slope analysis but it can also be done with the draft analysis. Reflection will give quick visual feedback as to the quality of the surfaces, surface irregularities and discontinuities will be readily apparent. Once you get used to the reflection command, you will be able to 'eyeball' what type of continuity you have between surfaces; but for a more rigorous check you can use surface continuity. For curvature, you can use Face Curvature, Radius, or local radius.

Usage of all the different commands is a tall order for a quick forum post; I suggest you have a look at the different commands available and spend some time in the NX help files to see how to use them. Post back with any specific questions you may have.

If it is true class A, you should not really need to check them, it is part of the A-definition that the designer delivers class A data.
The definition of Class A is something similar to :
"I the creator guarantee that this xxx fulfills the requirements, both in quality and shape" *
To do this one needs to have control over things like degree and number of patches/ segments.
The pole structure is to some artists "the thing" since it displays the "true shape". - You cannot cheat.
To see this you can use tools like
Information- object - face,
Information - B-surface
Analysis - shape - show poles and show Knots
There are a number of other tools that can be used to evaluate the shape but I don't think that shape was the initial question.

* Note that Class A is not the same as "curvature continuous", things can be curvature continuous and still be invalid for production.
