how to change the moment factor in SAFE

I am using SPslab to design a flat slab and use SAFE to redesign. In Spslab. i can change column stiffeness percentage and moment factor such as 0.65,0.35 to manipulate the moment distribution, but in SAFE, can i achive pin connection between slab and column strip, and how to change the moment factors?
