How to change the material orientation in ABAQUS??? 1

I am trying to make a model consisting of a tube being deformed to a triangle cross section. I wanned to have a homogeneous orientation, meaning that I wanned that the first material orientation (x) to be in a same direction for all the elements (and the same thing for the second material orientation ). Even I changed the material orientation in the part section but in the end the odb is still with a messed up orientation. can somebody help me please?

Create a local CSYS and use it like on my image.
After a datacheck you can open the odb and look at the resulting orientations.
