How to calculate the required pressure for Hydropneumatic tank installed at top floor of high rise?

I have a booster pump (260psi head) at the ground level, and a hydro-pneumatic tank at 45th floor, top floor. How should I calculate the required the working or max. pressure for the tank? Assume city water 40psi, and pre-charge 30psi. Thanks!

Is this tank for potable water, or the hydronic heating/cooling system?

You probably do not want the pressure on the top floor to be more than 60 psi, so that would be the design pressure, and that would determine the relief valve setting.

"45th floor" is too imprecise.

What is the actual elevation change from the pump to the tank?
