Tank baffles are prone to cullet buildup, typically on the underside of the gussets. Cut a 1" hole on the baffle gussets will reduce cullet buildup by altering flow and pressure.
I try to use orifice plate model to calculate the flow and pressure now. But it may be not rigt? Do anyone has some idea for that.
