Hi,
We are operating CFB boilers having water wall tubes OD 60mm, thickness 5 mm and material 20G Gb5310 or ASTM SA-106B. How can I calculate the minimum allowable thickness?

OP,
If the Boiler is built with ASME Sec I Code, you can find all relevant equations in the Code. if you are looking only for the minimum allowable thickness it will be given in the Code.
