How to calculate Injection Collars

I have a question that just came up at my job. I am new here so I still do not have a full understanding of things.

How would I calculate the stress on Injection Collars?

Any ideas or something I can reference to will be appreciated. Thanks.

*Injection Collars would be used for a clamp and 150# 200deg F.
