As per my knowledge 'Deformable feature' is suitable for this. In case if you are aware of the deformable feature creation. In the pulley and rope assembly file, the guide curve used for tube feature is to be created in the path of pulley curvature.

thanks a lot. i am not aware of deformable feature creation can you give me detail, it may be helpful, i am using nx6
