Sometimes (or almost every time) it is very difficult to evaluate who the person asking the question is, what kind of answer he/her is looking for, and most important: What is REALLY the question?

As a suggestion I advise poeple to consider the following checkpoints when posting technical questions about electrical circuit design etc.:

- What is the nature of your problem (understanding, design solution, finding components, how to build)?

- What kind of answer do you want?

- What is the usage?

- What is your relevant background wrt. to the problem you to which you are seeking an answer? (Helps people to know how to work out the answer)

- Are you a professional or an amateur?

- Make sure you use terminology that is correct. If you are uncertain about the meaning of a word, don't use it or try to explain what you think it means enclosed in parenthesis immediately after the word.
