how to apply material

frnds i wan to analys one catia v5 part so tat i tried to apply material but ,am not able to do tat plz help me in this regard...
 
May be this short tips will help you.

As you opened the Part Design Workbech, you will see the Part body in the specification tree. Then you apply material. just search this icon on the bottom of toolbar. Next, just click this icon and the material dialog box displayed. You can select tha various material you need to apply. Click apply and finally click OK button.
