How to apply Line Load in through thickness direction for Plane Strain model?

Hello,

I have 2D plane strain model as shown in the figure:

I want to apply line load in through thickness direction at the center of circle quarter section. Can somebody please guide me about the controls/commands for the same?

Could you clarify what you mean by "apply line load"
 
Hi,

I want to apply force per unit length along the thickness direction. The location will be at the center of cylinder (which is modeled as quarter section above to exploit symmetry)
