How to apply continuous mechanical sinusoidal force on beam ?

Dear all,

Does anyone know how to apply sinusoidal mechanical force on beam? The force should be continuous rather than created by using loop. It should be able to use in conjunction with "NSOL" command for transient analysis. Thanks in advance.
