How to apply a distributed load (force) on a surface?

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to apply a distributed force (I said force in Newtons and not pressure) on a given surface.

Is it possible to do that in CAE?
Personnaly I have not founf the way to do it.
Does someone know?
