How to anodize steel

Dear all,
I was preparing metal sheet product using galvanized sheet but clients want it to be a material that has a color of some how rainbow (material appearance attached). When i search the web it appear to be anodized steel (i guess).

so please help me if the attached material is really anodized steel

Thank you! you guide me perhaps to the correct direction. i was thinking it the result of anodizing for example in hot potassium hydroxide solution
 
Thats a "zinc and yellow chromate" plating..
See ASTM B633

In general anodizing is only for aluminum.
 
Dear mcgyvr I have seen in youtube that a guy saying and anodizing steel in hot potassium hydroxide and resulting a reddish color plate (color depend on the length of process and other parameters what do you think about this
 
You are describing a conversion coating more commonly known as black oxide. Perform an Internet search using those two words and you will find more information.
 
Thank you Corypad and all. I am getting more and more information about coating. I have interest and some experimental trial on coating
