How hide WCS symbol in Assembly files? 2

If you prefer menus, it's Menu -> Format -> WCS -> Display WCS. If you prefer icons, you can turn the icon off or on using the Customize command, then Commands tab, under the Category named All Border Bars/QAT -> Top Border Bar -> Utilities -> WCS Dropdown.
As usual, typically more than one way to skin a cat using NX.
